The spring fair at the Archbishop’s Seminary has been an annual staple on school’s calendar for many years. It is a varied and fun event which aims at providing an enjoyable atmosphere for all the family. This year, for the first time since the inception of our nursery at the school, the family fest is going green! Join us on the 24th April from 09:00 – 17:00 when HMS players bring handball right to the centre of fair in what will be a day to remember!

Our stand will be open right from the start of proceedings to the very end, holding a multitude of activities throughout that are suitable for children and teens alike. Every half hour one will witness the start of one of the different fun games we have in store, including several ball games, tug of war and human OXO.

Do you feel like letting out your competitive side? Challenge your family and friends to our shootout! Hit as many targets as possible in 30s and enter the chance to win one of the great prizes up for stake! Want a tougher challenge? Then try ‘Challenge the Keeper’, where you will have the opportunity to try to beat one of our 1st Division goalkeepers.

Want to learn more about handball? We’ve got you covered as well! We will also be holding short exhibition matches featuring some of the best young local talent. After these matches, you will even get the chance to join the team playing with and against the players themselves as well as your friends!

Finally, to top it all off, test your deduction skills, physical abilities and handball knowledge in the HMS treasure hunt, a first for the event! With puzzles to solve, objects to find and challenges to overcome. Work with your friends to collect as many mystery clues as possible and win our top prize!

Together with our handball station, the family fest will also feature tennis, archery, quad bikes, a kids train, trampolines, a bouncing castle and even laser tag. Complementing these activities, one can also find a book fair, art and drama stands, plant and vegetable stands as well as several food stalls to enjoy!

It will surely be a fantastic event not to be missed! For more information contact us directly on or the PTA on and on +356 2748 3000.
